Dr. Jack Ullrich
Founder & Writing Trainer
Jack Ullrich received his doctorate in Biology from Freie Universität Berlin, Germany in 20011.
After conducting postdoctoral research at the Museum für Naturkunde in Berlin and the Stazione Zoologica Anton Dohrn in Naples, Italy, Jack became a freelance research consultant.
During the pandemic, he started teaching academic writing at the Museum für Naturkunde as well as for various European and British Universities.
Stefania Vaga, PhD
Writing Trainer & Editor
Stefania Vaga holds an MS in Biomedical Engineering from Politecnico Di Milano and a Ph.D. in Systems Biology from ETH Zurich. After post-doctoral research at The Crick Institute and King's College London, she became an academic writer, journal editor, and academic writing trainer. As director of Cofactor, Stefania focuses on course design and academic training, offering practical insights into writing and publishing while still contributing to journals.
